This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. On my first visit, the staff even helped me with bug spray. I can't wait to return for a romantic escape.

Incredibly attentive and helpful staff in all circumstances!!
My favourite property in Al Ain. An iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and coffee/tea makers available in the pool villa. Free parking on site provided. Everything very good. Incredible location in a fabulous area just off a maze of road blocks and construction works and dunes. Outstanding food at the in-house restaurant.

Everything was perfect at this hotel, efficient and caring staff. I booked pool villa with amazing views, the bathroom. That venue was in an unbeatable and incredible location, literally on the dunes.

The rooms were fairly quiet and luxurious with perfect decor and hypo-allergenic pillows. The location was magnificent and unique as for me.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very bad.

How it stacks up, my honest take
Nestled amid fine red dunes, this resort is an oasis of tranquility. The wildlife encounters were lovely. Our villa was luxurious and private. The selection of activities, including camel rides and zip-lining, kept us entertained. A nice getaway worth repeating!

fabulous hotel, with amazing staff and a beautiful view. Totally reccomend the hotel for couples wanting a weekend break! It's so relaxing and you feel completely isolated from the outside city. It's probably one of the best hotel experiences in the UAE
View Location Staff and service was 5*
Check in is at 4pm so for us only staying one night we missed most of the daily activities on offer

Strongly recommend for taking strolls
Fine villa, fine surroundings. From the gorgeous view of roaming gazelles right outside my door to the relaxing ambiance that makes you feel at peace, this place offers a free wi-fi connection to stay connected and a picturesque outdoor swimming pool for enjoying the sun.

The location between the dunes provided an very nice view from our room. The pool area offered a relaxing atmosphere, though the activities available was great.

The outdoor space provided a cozy sunset fireplace experience. The dining choices felt limited. It was a nice escape in the beautiful landscape of Al Ain.

We had a fantastic time in our Gazelle One-Bedroom Villa, soaking in the stunning view of the dunes and enjoying the cozy firepit. The very nice cleanliness and charm of the rustic decor. I can’t wait to return for another lovely escape.

The Gazelle One-Bedroom Villa provides an immersive experience with fine desert views, a cozy outdoor porch complete with a fireplace, and clean, well-appointed interiors. Unique wildlife such as gazelles and a charming lake with ducks create a picturesque environment that's hard to beat.
While the villa is excellent, the breakfast left much to be desired-small offerings in a gloomy dining room without any standout items. The location can be a bit confusing due to minimal signage around the heritage village, which feels rather deserted. The swimming pool, though visually appealing, was plagued by insects, detracting from relaxation time, and the Wi-Fi connection was disappointingly weak throughout our stay.
